transfer spring

hi! i’m applying to chapman for spring and i’m a sophomore! I know i’m a little ahead but if I do get accepted and choose chapman where should I live? should I do off campus housing? I want to rush and meet friends and have a friend group!!! so I don’t want to get my own apartment... but just wanted to ask is there a way I could find roomies like within student housing? preferably girls already in a sorority or planning to rush!!! thanks!!!!
