alleged hazing? aphi-gphi-wopo?

I'm just curious why aphi is in trouble but gphi is not when they had the exact same thing happen with the wopo boys? Anyone know?

correction: Gamma Phi did NOT have the water polo team come to bid day. men of harmony came, and sang. Wopo was not involved with Gphi.
