Very few, like 2 of the sororities do informal recruitment. Informal is very chill with PNMs talking to girls in the sorority just like formal, but for lack of a better word - in a more informal envrionment. Also you aren't rushing all the sororities at once, just the sorority you're interested in. So if you're not interested in the sororities doing informal, don't do it.
