Hi! I am thinking of transfering here as an incoming sophomore. I am not in a sorority at my current school. I was wondering how difficult rush is here? I am a pi phi and theta legacy as well and I was wondering how those sororitities handled legacies. I’m also from socal

Recruitment at Chapman is what I would call "mildly competitive" aka not crazy but not easy either. Legacies are of course welcome here! Of course, just because you're a legacy does not guarantee you a spot, but does grant you special consideration and a guaranteed bid if you make it to pref. :)

just fyi not all sororities give automatic bids to legacy prefs

Looked up policies for you as a lot of sororities do give bids to legacies that make pref but not all. Seems like Pi Phi does but Theta doesn't.

I understand that I am not guaranteed a bid ever under any circumstance, I was just wondering in general because some sororities at some schools treat legacies poorly
