phi delta theta

I'm interested in knowing what thoughts are about the phi delts coming in the spring. I know its a pretty strong house elsewhere and was wondering how things are looking for them @ Chapman

I don't think anyone would say that they are top three but their definitely upper middle. Top 3 is going to be pike Fiji and beta for a while unless someone gets kicked off of campus and then bumps phi delt up
