phi delta theta

I'm interested in knowing what thoughts are about the phi delts coming in the spring. I know its a pretty strong house elsewhere and was wondering how things are looking for them @ Chapman

Looks like their going for quantity over quality. I've heard they literally gave anyone letters to anyone who was interested. Because their such a rag tag group it's gonna be hard for them to create one consistent image.

So far they seemed to be making waves. they got second in anchor splash and did well in the tri deld and agd philanthropy events. The ones i've met seem nice and it looks like they're on the right path. as for the previous post I think that the idea that they gave letters to anyone interested is BS though I do think that they won't get a consistent image for a while, but is that really such a bad thing?

They seem to be coming up strong. They beat out some top tier houses in the events they have been able to compete in. From what I've seen I believe they can be a top house within a few years.

They are an interesting mix. They have a lot of really chill guys, and were able to recruit a lot of the really cool GDI's into joining. With that being said, they also have some of the most awkward, weirdest kids I have ever met, most of whom already got rejected by multiple fraternities. Taking other frats rejects just to increase numbers is not the way to build yourselves up. They definitely went quantity over quality.

Top house? REALLY? I mean they're okay, but saying that phi delt will be a top house in 2 years is a straight up joke. Like 50% of the guys are cool and 50% suck. My guess is all these predictions are from phi delts who are want people to think they're cool
