Lets get this straight, 2 of 3 top houses are PIKE AND FIJI. But which is 3rd Phi Delta or Beta?

Considering Beta can't keep half of their chapter togeather, I would give it easily to Phi Delt. The trend for beta has been down in recent years and up for Phi Delt.

Be careful about FIJI, I've known a solid amount of guys who didn't stick with it for very long after they got initiated
