second semester fraternity rush

It's hard to say since they are both pretty different. Fiji has a lot of great older guys, whereas Phi Delt has had the better pledge classes for a couple semesters. It really depends on your grade because Fiji is better right now but Phi Delt will them next year when their guys graduate.
