Is Phi Delt really in the talks of top house. I thought it has always been Fiji/Pike/Beta until Beta turned into ghosts. Am I the only one surprised Phi Delt is making moves?

phi delt is defs a top house now. even if beta has been having a wierd few semester i think they will always be considered a top tier house
