transfer student wanting to rush

Are frats at chapman ok with transfer students? Really don't wanna have another 2 years of being anti-social from a junior college.

I had a friend last year that was a transfer students and got a bid from a top house. I heard there is a quota of how many sophomores and juniors they have to or should take so they definitely take people that are not freshmen
