Is it true that the sororities at Chapman don't have houses on campus? Why?

Not sure the actual reason why, but its nice because it doesn't promote catty completion! (also dues are way cheaper!)

Not totally sure why, but I think that not having houses prevents unwanted hazing and keeps chapters friendly and supportive of each other
