See the post nicknamed "TrueStory" I would never and will never write poorly about another house on a site like this, but I will defend my chapter, especially against some comments like these. There's nothing more to say than what TrueStory posted below and I agree with her (whichever DG you may be). Thank you for your honest post, hopefully it will not go unnoticed. And as she said, be a fellow greek and get off this site, especially taking the time to speak poorly about a group you likely don't even know that well (us or any of the other houses being put down on here). Do the right thing and don't encourage these types of sites.

I went through recruitment this fall (didn't choose to affiliate in the end) and came across plenty of potential new members who were promised a bid by an active DG which definitely turned me off. Almost all these girls are very good looking but that doesnt make up for their lack of intelligence. For every 3 stuck up, conceited DeeGee's there is 1 very genuine DG. Not a super good ratio but I'll be the first to admit their reputation is improving. Keep it up girls

I have to say I try really hard to believe that there are 5 star qualities about every house and DG is the only house that I can't consciously give that too. I will say why first and then go on to the positives which you ladies certainly have! DGs...on a whole you have the sorority that most frequently says hateful/hurtful things to other houses and definitely have a little bit of an attitude problem. That being said...DGs are beautiful women, they care a lot about their bodies and their looks but it typically pays off, they are very artistic with their murals, skits, airbands etc. and this reflects some very talented individuals works. They are willing to do "whatever" it takes to win. They are involved in areas which reflect their own personal interests and love to rep. their letters and the anchor. DG's have it together and I love the sass and smiles they bring to classrooms, parties and every other aspect of college life. Greek Love <3

lets face it, DG is a top house.

Let's be real here-DG is a top house, no matter what people say. Granted, their GPA isn't the highest, the girls aren't the most involved and there may be a few bad seeds, but what house doesn't have those? They are among the most attractive and "social" sororities, and realistically speaking, that is a vital part greek life. If they were actually a bottom house would they have this many comments? No. So get over it and accept the facts. There are plenty of stereotypical DGs who aren't that great, and then there are some that really surprise you and make you think twice about judging them so harshly.
