Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 2.8 They're alright. Honestly, they really aren't anything special. Most of them were super uncool in high school so they get a bit too excited that pretty girls actually talk to them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.6 The most down to earth guys I've met so far. They genuinely want to socialize with new people more than other fraternities. Wolf of Wall Street party was a great time as was their dayger during O week. Definitely going to rush Phi Delt this semester.
