Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.8 Nicest guys you'll ever meet! They are all very well round, smart, and attractive. Basically perfect if you ask me. Haven't met one I didn't like. And they throw the best parties. One of the top houses for sure.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.2 Rush Advice: This fraternity has gotten significantly better throughout the past 4 years. Rush this fraternity if you're a rich kid (by Chapman's standards), True partyer (if you started your second semester of senior year of high school or anytime after, sorry bud you're too late), low key stoner, LA kid, ladies man, country boy, or far right Republican. If you're not one of these don't waste your time many rush few get bids (this is true for nearly all Chapman fraternities).

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.8 I LOVE phi delt. Not only are they super nice but their parties are so fun & they're amazingly supportive of every single philanthropy event on campus. They're definitely moving up & it's so petty that other fraternities are coming on here & giving them a bad rank. Would definitely recommend phi delt, they're all bf material

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 2.2 They're definitely middle tier but don't see them moving up much. The guys aren't that attractive and think they're better than all the top tier frats
