Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 2.9 phi delt has a lot of try-hards who are obsessed with making their chapter "top house," when they should be more concerned with how to stay off probation or getting kicked off campus. they're so desperate to be "cool" and have sick parties that it's embarrassing to a point.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.5 Definitely considered the nicer guys on campus. They are starting to become much more involved this year it seems. They have really good parties. But all around just awesome guys and they really are an asset to the campus!
