Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.7 Phi Tau has completely changed over the last few years. When I was a freshman, they were still a nice group of guys, but their reputation has really changed since then. They've become one of the most social chapters on our campus and they're easily the most involved fraternity. They did all this without ever becoming creepy or giving up the brotherhood from what I know, which is also really cool.
