Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.7 Yes please! It’s the only Chapman frat with its own row of houses - Delt Row. Best darties cuz they have a pool. Houses are actually really nice, clean. Always feel safe, respected, entertained. Just wish with all the real estate they had a designated ladies room. Us ladies would loooove our own toilette!

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.7 Chapman Delts have the best houses grouped together with pool, barbecues, outdoor spaces. Logistically it helps make the brotherhood stronger but it also makes the functions a ton of fun.

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.4 The Delts are an extremely eloquent swoggle of gentlemen whom i love dearly and will cherish long through to my dying days. I remember once a brother bought me a tesla after I confined in him that i was feeling down about spilling mustard on my jeans. Very courteous. The brothers are well rounded and intelligible and often break into Shakespearean monologues and quote Aristotle. The men are definitely hubby material for those interested.

Overall, these guys are super social, smart, approachable, inclusive, funny. They put on a good talent show & really know how to produce the best recruitment videos that make you feel like you’re missing out on something & wanna join the club. Even the really, really hot ones are friendly which is cool.

Delta Tau Delta - ΔΤΔ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.9 delts will always be just a frat of good guys. their parties are solid and will let most people (not guys) in. not top frat yet but they have definitely risen in rank in the past year. they were suspended in 2023 but their newer pledge classes are still very solid
