been seeing a lot of pi phis out this summer and they're always a good time. super chill girls that are fun to send it with. looking like it's gonna be a good semester

Definitely a top 3 house. The good looking, cliquey, high school type that's more of a secret pretty boy club than fraternity. Rn it's 1. Pike 2. Fiji 3. Phi Delt (moving up)

How are they all so nice and attractive but so rich??? Some really genuine guys who I love hanging out with. Keep it up Phi Delt! :)

Rush Advice: If you're a surfer, artsy and have awards / works to show for it, an active entrepreneur, extremely charismatic, ridiculously good looking, or a legacy this is the fraternity for you. This is easily one of the top houses at Chapman it's only true rival is Pike. The high level of charisma of these brothers makes PNMs (potential new members) feel as though they are destined to get a bid when in reality if you do not fit one aspect or more from the previous description, no luck.

Rush Advice: This fraternity has gotten significantly better throughout the past 4 years. Rush this fraternity if you're a rich kid (by Chapman's standards), True partyer (if you started your second semester of senior year of high school or anytime after, sorry bud you're too late), low key stoner, LA kid, ladies man, country boy, or far right Republican. If you're not one of these don't waste your time many rush few get bids (this is true for nearly all Chapman fraternities).

i became friends with a few pi phis this year and they all seem like they love their chapter so much. every girl i have met is genuine and down to earth. i feel like they are one of the only sororities on campus that actually care about each other and lift each other up.
