hands down best frat at Chapman. I love phi delts more than anything and chapman is so lucky to have them. I feel bad that have had a rough year with getting in touble, but they are still going strong! #teamphidelt!

There are some cool guys in phi delt but there are also some real jerks. You kinda just gotta get lucky and find the right ones because they are kinda a mix of different people.

Pi Phi at Chapman is only 3 years old, but they are definitely one of the best chapters to be apart of. They are on the rise and will do great things in the years to come. Pi Phi is definitely an underrated chapter at Chapman because they are so new, but taking time to get to know these girls is so worth it because of how fun and nice they are.

They are really new at chapman, but Phi Delt is definitely on the rise. They throw great parties and have a lot of great guys that are part of their chapter. I havent met one I didnt like.
