phi delt has a lot of try-hards who are obsessed with making their chapter "top house," when they should be more concerned with how to stay off probation or getting kicked off campus. they're so desperate to be "cool" and have sick parties that it's embarrassing to a point.

Gamma Phi at Chapman is becoming super random and don't have much unity...unless you count defending themselves and their falling rank all over greekrank as unity...Their pledge class last year was SO random. This year was as well, but they did get some good girls. They're definitely moving down in the middle tier because of their randomness and lack of unity within their chapter.

Obviously not everyone is creepy in the frat, but a lot are especially this past pledge class. I know several people who have less than ideal encounters with AEPi boys. Will definitely be sticking to literally any other frat.
