They got a great spring pledge class. But they haven't had a pledge class in forever, so it should be assumed they'd work their behinds off to make this one count. SAE has some really sick guys, but they act weirdly exclusive sometimes, and have little authority to. They need to be more pro-active, but definitely were impressive in greek week this year. On the up and up for sure. However they definitely have their cons. It's pretty clear that they sometimes recruit based on money. They definitely have a suspicious history, they can act messed up, and they've still got a long way to go.

Delts are still pretty outstanding at Chapman. They really do show the signs of a top frat in a lot of ways. They're spring pledge class isn't the best looking, but they've got a good amount of chill guys. And some of them are definitely solid looking, they're not deformed or anything. They're fall class, however, had some outstanding looking guys. Probably some of the best looking guys in the frat, and maybe on campus. And a few of them dress amazingly too. They're social skills are pretty much always good, everyone knows most of them are true gentlemen, and they kill it with involvement and success. However, they're lacking so hard on the parties this semester. I hear that's about to change real soon, and I hope so, cause the Delts really are losing a lot of sorority ties. If they're not careful, DTPhi will no longer be a thing. And with Phi Tau getting tight with so many of the "lower tier" sororities, and FIJI, SAE, and Pike throwing so many parties, Delts are screwing themselves.

FIJI have involvement. They have some really good looking guys. But every other fraternity (for the most part) hates them. A lot of girls think they are really douchey. They are not classy, they're rude, and seriously frustrating. I feel like they basically function by trying to better then everyone else, not by trying to better themselves. They're childish and everyone knows it. FIJI has some great elements, and some great guys, but everything they do is for the wrong reasons and everyone is learning it fast. They throw a lot of parties, but it's not worth it to deal with them.
