After reading some of these I'm kind of suspecting other sororities want to keep Kappa down because no one wants them to rise up and possibly push their sorority down in ranks. They are new and unorganized so no one can really already have them pegged as something or other. Give them time. Kappa's have a great international name, people are just scared of the new. I know some girls in there and they are pretty nice ladies. I haven't gotten a good look at the whole chapter yet though.

Why does everyone say they are "evening out self ranks"? The ones that say good things are probably people like myself who actually have good things to say about these classy ladies. I will never understand how purposely trying to lower their score by putting one star for everything is fair.It is tasteless and lazy and everyone should give honest ratings if they are going to bother to do this.

PKA is definitely the best fraternity at Chapman. Most of them are my best friends and are some of the nicest guys I've ever met. They get a bad rep from people who don't really know them and believe all of the rumors that they hear. I've never felt uncomfortable or threatened at any Pike party and I know tht if I did, there would be plenty of Pikes there to watch out for me and make sure I was okay. They're becoming more involved on campus. From what I can see, their brotherhood is strong.

Delts seem to be a stuck up, preppy group of guys. They have a few really cool guys but for the most part they all act the same. They are really involved on campus but it seems to be for the image of being seen. No way they are close to top house on campus.

nice group of ladies. They are definitely the bottom house but only because they are judged by superficial reasons. If sorority world was one that was judged on decent, nice, accepting, lovable people then this could be a top house. It's sad that we can never call it that. They are a well rounded group of people and anyone should be honored to be a phi sig.
