They are mean people in general! They are so rude to others outside of their house and try belittle their own members in public. Not a fun place for freshmen who actually want to enjoy college.

Friend zone frat. They're nice guys, but I wouldn't hookup with one. They try to be exclusive and have lists at their parties, which doesn't really work because their parties usually suck.
