They are a bit of a mess. They have none of the "good" qualities that top-tier houses have. (They aren't super attractive or super fun.) They don't have any of the "good qualities" that lower-tier houses have. (They aren't nice and they have a reputation for having a horrible sisterhood.) There is some hope though! Don't lose focus ladies!

I think they're lower than Phi Sig. You don't see them anywhere and at least the Phi Sigs have a presence on campus. There are some great and pretty Thetas here but a majority of them are unattractive and don't go out. I forget they even exist on campus.
