Phi delts are so underrated. They are honestly the coolest and sweetest guys you'll meet. They're not stereotypical "frat" guys, but they sure do know how to party when it comes to it. At the end of the day, they're the kind of guys that you can see yourself being great friends with or dating because you actually have something deep in common.

They are such a mixed bag. They have some awesome, super friendly, all around guys and then they also have some shady losers that somehow made it in. Their new members are a lot better than the older guys, most of the older guys are questionable. We'll see next semester how things play out for them.
