I had a phi delt in a class this semester and he was not only a gentleman to everyone in the class, but he's actually smart and well liked by the professor. There are plenty of fraternity men on campus who don't act like this nor do they care about or pass their classes. I'm saying let this guy be an example of what other "frat guys" should be like here at Chapman. Congrats to the phi delts on not being campus stereotypes.

Multiple "associates" claim they have the "hardest pledgeship process" of all the other fraternities which, A: makes them all sound like they have a severe inferiority complex and B: Wouldn't be beneficial even if it was true since this house is lower middle tier anyway. Nice guys in general, have some good parties, but they aren't involved on campus and do poorly in greek events. Stoner central pretty much.

Diverse group of guys that have a real brotherhood. It's doesn't matter if you're an athlete, academic, etc. There are no molds in this fraternity which is generally why you see top tier sororities hanging out with them and strong pc's come through year in and year out. That said, there are a handful of solid fraternities on campus and if you're rushing you should really drop what you're reading here and consider going with what feels like the best fit for you personally.

okay I will admit their parties often fall flat, but they are very genuine and they are very involved in their academics and in the community
