2. KKG- eclectic group of girls, not too concerned with how their viewed, very genuine and upfront
3. DDD- very concerned with popularity, classy, mostly nice
4. ADPi- great girls, not very many of them, kind of awkward.

This conversation is even more childish for the fact that rankings depend entirely upon the ranker at Centre. Different freshmen want different houses -- it's way more about character than about hierarchy. I think the popular perception is that Tri-Delt is top, and then Theta or ADPi depending on what social circles you run in, and then Kappa. But certainly there are girls who are Kappa or die, and girls who drop Tri-Delt bids, and seriously, nobody cares that much what sorority you're in. It's not going to affect your status in any way. Relax.

It's so funny to read these now. When I was a student years ago (chi o was still on campus briefly) it was 1)theta- (social, pretty, cool) 2) tri delt- (pretty, uptight, bowheads) 3) kappa- eclectic mix and then chi o which eventually lost its charter. It looks like things are kind of the same

They all have good things going for them, not worth freaking out over.

it really just depends on your personality. some of my good friends who rushed only wanted adpi while another dropped out of rush completely because theta dropped her and adpi asked her back. theta is usually athletic with soccer and field hockey but with their raised gpa they also got some really smart ones this year. almost always down to party. kappa is a grab bag. pretty split down the middle with who is fun versus awkward. adpi is super sweet but kinda awkward. usually very smart. then tridelt is usually the rest of the athletes who aren't as wild as the theta ones. they're usually the classier and more religious girls. all good houses and all have great women. you just have to figure out what fits you best and hope the computer system agrees...

the rankings are more like
1) tri delt
2) adpi
3) theta
4) kappa

but honestly there's not a bad sorority on campus. It just depends on what you want. Tri-delts are rich and more preppy. ADPis are nice, genuine, quirky. Thetas are stereotypically more sporty and kappas are a good mix of nice girls.
