Good kids, new frat, most involved on campus and genuinely nice guys... not the stereotypical frat image as dominated by sigmachi and phidelt but a good group of men with great bonds between brothers

I went through rush and didn't join Theta, but I got the feeling that they are mostly athletes (lots of basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey) and overly liberal to the point of it turning a conservative like myself off. No offense, but a little too alternative for me. Definitely a place for girls who have an open mind and aren't worried about being classy...

I am a member of this Delta Chapter and I will be candid in my rating. No, we do not have the best social scene. No, we are not extremely vocal about our philanthropy and service work. No, we don't lavish ourselves in potpourri and satin while describing how magnificent we are. However, I will say this much: We are definitely the most diverse fraternity on campus and, from my experience, the best guys on campus. On the surface, we may seem odd or pedestrian, but good nevertheless.

Deke came back and did it right, they are really involved on campus and seem to have the best brotherhood out of all the fraternities. Don't really have the best parties though.

rich southern kids from outside ky who got waitlisted to w&l or davidson. social advantage bc they're first on the row, so drunk stumblers basically have to walk in until they figure out that they aren't at sigx
