ZTA is definitely above phi sig and put AXO above Tri Sig and you've got the correct ranking

there is no way axo is above tri sigma and phi sigma is definitely above zta. zta has officially lost their spot as first and everyone knows it.

The debate between zta and phi sig will never be over because they are both top houses, there is no single house that is better than the other. Zeta's older girls are a lot better while on the other hand phi sig's last 2 fall classes are most definitely top. So why don't we all call it even and say they both have top house qualities? Also, based off of recent pledge classes.. Skappa is without a doubt passing dz.

1.Phi sig is not top house. They are definitely top tier but will never be past Zeta.
2. Skappa is passing DZ and right up there with ZTA and Phi sig now.
3. Tri Sigma is below AXO considering this past fall recruitment.
