It really depends on the fraternity and their policies. Some fraternities required you to be a full brother for 2 semesters to rush (So you would need to have 3 semesters before you graduate), while others only require you to be apart of the fraternity for 2 semesters (One as a new member and one as a full brother)
Ultimately, you need to find what fraternity allows seniors/people with two semesters left to join and rush them. This is a question to ask brothers while you are deciding upon what organization to pursue.
