Delta Phi Epsilon/Alpha Sigma Alpha/Phi Mu - All of these groups have some really cool girls in them. For some reason they struggle with numbers even though members, once in, are very happy with their sisterhoods.

Overall, each sorority has a mix of all types of personalities. A PNM should go in with an open mind and find where she is most comfortable. If you get dropped from a so-called top tier group, don't give up on recruitment. You will find your home in another group and fall in love with your sorority.
