Cybet bullying is a bad crime, agreed. However, smearing peanut butter in someones face with a known allergy is at the very least assault, if not attempted murder.

I'm in a different organization on campus and I have had nothing but great interactions with these girls. They are some of the nicest, friendliest and prettiest girls! Have come a very long way :)

These guys are the absolute low of the low. How dare you think it's funny to smear peanut butter on a guys face while passed out at a party when he is allergic. That's your responsibility to know that. The fact you said "we didn't know so we are sorry that we were being college kids" isn't an excuse the guys involved should be in prison for almost killing a guy.
