Top frats and sororities

If people wanted to be in a top frat they would join a top frat and if people wanted to be in a top sorority they would join a top sorority. And if they couldn’t get into one of those and being top was important to them, then they wouldn’t join greek life at all. Trust me, people in the mid and bottom frats/sororities KNOW that they’re mid or bottom. They just don’t care.

I can see why the top frats/sororities are considered top; they have a lot of really fun and sociable people. But the rest of us love our chapters a lot too (even if members can be a little more introverted) and we really enjoy our greek life experience. Every chapter has its pros and cons and there are people who love it and people who hate it. Just recognize that everyone has different personality types, different values, and different interests. You have every right to seek whatever you want out of greek life and if that’s being “top”, then so be it. Just don’t look down on people for wanting something different out of greek life than you. Also stop judging entire chapters based on the 3 members you know.
