Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Carnegie Mellon University - CMU 2.6 Probably the most meh frat on campus (hear me out). Their parties aren't as lit as Pike. Their brotherhood isn't as tight as Phi Delt (Sig Ep has so many people and the impression I've gotten is that they don't all know each other well). At least they aren't as nerdy/goober-status as Delta Tau Delta I guess? If you talked to a Sig Ep, they'd have you think that they were a top tier frat and their only competition is SAE. In reality, they are average at best.

Even if they are a top house, they should not be magically in a completely different category from every other fraternity when is comes to ranking. They also have some major issues, such as majority of members not knowing who a bunch of their brothers are. They tend to do well in things due to being the largest house on campus (the numbers game), but definitely a week community.
