This is probably the best frat on campus. They throw the best and most frequent parties at CMU. They’re mostly football players but there is non athletes too (don’t let that scare you they’re surprisingly nice). They’re pretty cute too

We had a really bad experience at an ASig party last weekend... the house was so dirty and smelled like rotting sweaty socks. I tried to talk to the president, but he didn't take me seriously and just brushed us off. I don't think they take the safety of their guests' noses very seriously.

Strongest brotherhood on campus. Host the biggest, most popular college party in Pittsburgh for one day every spring called “Pavilion” with more than 700 attendees each year from multiple colleges in the area.

Some of the brothers are amazing, but I’m very much not a fan of others. I also prefer them individually than as a group :/

Football frat. Throws decent/frequent parties. Actually surprisingly nice too. Good brotherhood since they’re also teammates.

So I would like to think that ASig is trying to recruit less football players but it doesn't look like it. Almost everyone from the football team joins so a) getting a bid from here doesn't really mean anything and b) what kind of "tight-knit" brotherhood exists if you get in as long as you're a football player haha. Most importantly, I have never, ever, in my four years at CMU heard of ASig hosting a philanthropy/community service event. You'd think that at a place like CMU all fraternities would at least try to...

Can we not make using Greek rank a thing please? If you’re looking at this, get off hear and go talk to srat/ frat members of different chapters to get their vibe. With love, don’t take anything said on here as legit.

It’s honestly kind of scary how many dudes are there at the parties. The ratio is always off. Not really active in cmu community either
