Kappa is not a top tier house. Too much of a mixed bag in looks and not a strong sisterhood from what I have seen. Thetas are much classier..

Nice, some pretty girls, and some are fun. Overall an average sorority. A lot of sisters are really involved outside their house which hurts them when it comes to participating in Greek events or in the Panhellenic community
