Kappa is not a top tier house. Too much of a mixed bag in looks and not a strong sisterhood from what I have seen. Thetas are much classier..

Nice, some pretty girls, and some are fun. Overall an average sorority. A lot of sisters are really involved outside their house which hurts them when it comes to participating in Greek events or in the Panhellenic community

Not classy, average looks, weird sense of entitlement, just because they're the 2nd choice here doesn't mean they wouldn't be lower tier at another university
