These guys are the only real fraternities in CSULA, only ones with an official house. The other fraternities have fake ones and all they care about is hosting super ratchet parties. They spike the girl's drinks btw LOL... So watch out. I'm best friends with the President, and trust me, this chapter cares about their philanthropy and academic duties. There's a lot of drama going on behind the fraternity and it's hard for them to throw parties cause of their neighbors but that's all temporary.

They throw the most packed and fun party. The music is always great and the company is amazing. They are very well known in campus too.

I've met a lot of the girls and I'm planning on rushing this Spring quarter and honestly, I wouldn't even think of rushing any other sororities. The girls are so welcoming and just all around great people. If I get in, I'm so excited to make memories and create bonds with a lot of the girls.

I'm not from Los Angeles so it was kind of hard adjusting to a new environment but these girls made me feel at home. I can't express the love I have for them and what they mean to me, rushing DZ was definitely the best decision I've made since moving out here and I have not regretted a single second of it <3

This is a place of looser, taking advantage of stupid girls that are followers. The girls think by getting laid by fratt guys is the best thing to an In & Out Burger. This is a bunch of low life south central, east la, guys that they think they are smart because they are going to school. Losers will always be losers no matter what part in the world they are. Ladies, don't waste your time in this place, go find real smart men elsewhere, look at the way the property looks, like east la!
