nicest homes in greek life

Just to reiterate this is my rank for nicest PHYSICAL houses. Not the fraternities and sororities themselves.

Fraternities in this order: Delta Chi, Sigma Chi, Zeta Beta Tau, Theta Chi, Kappa Sigma, Phi Kappa Tau, FIJI, PIKE. Other frats don't have a house

Sororities in this order: Sigma Kappa, Delta Zeta, AO Pi, Delta Gamma, Tri Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, Alpha Phi...(ZTA doesn't have a house yet)

The only thing good about their house is the garage where they hide the weeed
