frat plan

I originally wanted to be a kap sig but after thinking about id rather have a brotherhood than be part of a group of guys that dislike each other. We should all join a middle tier like sig chi (swear I'm not a sig chi) and build it into a really awesome top tier frat! Any other frat suggestions? Middle tiers with potential?
