You can hate all you want, but Alpha Phi is top tier. They are at least equal to Gamma Phi and DZ if not better -sorry -it's true.

Kap Sig and Sig Chi should be the only ones who are top. Pi Kapp doesn't have a house anymore and they are struggling to get exchanges with sororities

ignore all the positive and negative comments about sigma chi, they will prove themselves or spiral down to bottom tier after this spring

Sig Chi has a really great group of guys. Other people don't like laid back guys apparently. They don't act like typical "frat" guys and make themselves look like douchebags

you cant actually put Sig Chi in the same league as Pi Kapp/Kapp Sig.. Sig Chi is middle
