what makes you think you can turn an entire chapter around on your own? there have been many before you that tried the all star tactic and that didn't amount to anything. the only way you can inspire change is get others around you to get excited about getting better. Its not like you alone can keep 300 girls at a party and ensure all of them have a good time.
bring in guys that can strengthen the brotherhood, then direct that same brotherhood to improvement in social, academic, and philanthropic goodness.

Nobody needs you to bring your fabulous self to any fraternity or even our school. We have not been sitting around for 60 years waiting for you to save us from ourselves. So please realize that you aren't the special snowflake that your mommy told you you are. And realize that if you are lucky enough to get into any fraternity here, you will probably be the one bringing your house down, not bringing them up. Perhaps your imperial delusions would be better served in Teach for America or something creepy like that.
