by: HmmBest houses to rush and why? Trying to get a feel for each fraternity before I go through rush

Pi Kapp: Athletic group of guys. They lost their house, but that shouldn't be a big factor in regards to having parties
Sigma Chi: They are on the verge of becoming top. They are having Derby Days this semester which is their philanthropy. House is closest to campus
Theta Chi: Come out to almost every sorority event. They are suspended but not for long. Members are relatively chill. Their house is a smal flower shop though
Kap Sig: They just think in terms of "quantity over quality" hence they have the most members. House is okay because it's in the ghetto
