Alpha Phi is not declining. Also, ZTA is a really great group of women. But they do have a ways to go to be a top tier sorority.

Worthless ranking by a Sigma Chi. They or ZBT are nowhere near
the top tier. Sigma Chi is making a FARCE of the comments regarding
the Greek System at Long Beach.
