I think ZTA and Alpha Phi have the potential to move up. DG is really bad. I don't know what happened to them. G Phi won't be too for long. Many of the girls they've recruited recently are bad apples

The top houses are really slipping. The middle houses are stepping up their game. Theta Chi's Theta Games is getting boring and Pi Kapp's War of the Roses is also boring. ZBT's philanthropy is getting better and Sig Chi is going to have Derby Days
