Which fraternity/sorority has the best house? Sigma Kappa? and Pi Kapp?

I meant physical houses, not houses as in chapter, should have clarified sorry.

Sigma Kappa's house is in Signal Hill. By far the nicest sorority house.

Pi Kapp's house is okay. I prefer Pike's.
