House is up for sale? Really? That's an awesome invisible "for sale" sign in front of the property. You are really digging deep here. Even if the charter was pulled the house would NEVER be sold.

SAE doesn't have any pledges. Their new members have to be initiated
72 hrs after pledging so all their members are now initiated. Once you
have been initiated into a fraternity you cannot join another fraternity.
The only way that can happen is if SAE national releases the new members
and then they can rush other fraternities.
