No more top-tier houses at CSULB!!! Yay! now we just have to get ride of Pi Kapp and Kapp Sig!

I'm not confident those fraternities are kicked off until they're actually kicked off but if we took em out of the ranking I'd say it's:

(in order)
Top: Pi Kapp, Kap Sig
Mid: Pike, Phi Tau, Dchi, Sig Chi, ZBT
Bottom: FIJI, Phi Psi, TKE

Theta Chi is not a top tier fraternity. They are top of the middle, but I wouldnt put them the same level as Pi Kapp, Kapp Sig and Sig Pi

I'm not the biggst fan of Theta Chi, but they are undeniably a top-house now. They throw the biggest party of the year in long beach, party strong twices a week, have guys with high quality personalities and they hit the gym. Have great sorority relations just like Kap Sig. Sorry Sigma Chi but they are a top-house with us and you are a bottom house with TKE and FIJI
