who is rising?

by:

I'm coming in from high school with a group of guys who are trying to rush a fraternity that isn't top but on the rise because we are trying to have some control in the direction of the frat. Who meets that description? from what I read so far it seems like Sig Chi, ZBT, Pi Kappa Alpha, Theta Chi

You will all start to notice that basically every comment on each discussion mentions in some way sig chi and how they are either 'really wealthy', 'on the rise', 'the house to join' or that they 'hang out with top sororities'.. Haha you are all a bunch of goobs, nice self ranking in attempt to make PNMs think your a good house

Theta Chi is right now middle tier but on the rise. They have really good relations with Aphi, DZ, and DG, and basically every other sorority. Definitely on the rise, and fast.

I strongly suggest checking out Theta Chi and Phi Tau in my opinion to what you have stated.
