Although I enjoy your enthusiasm for going greek, what makes you think that you and your friends are so sick that they will create and boost a fraternity in a matter of one rush. I would suggest going out and finding your best fit rather than trying to mold a group of people into what you would like them to be.

I can understand wanting to get in a fraternity when they are on the upswing. But trying to "control" a group of people or organization is really creepy.

Ok dude. When you talk to fraternities during rush don't be aggressive and seem like you and your friends are taking over. That's a HUGE red flag. You sound like a control freak and seems like you want to run the show right. You have to do time in your fraternity and earn your spot. Make sure you find out when Greek Week is and talk to every fraternity at the tables

You won't be able to shape a fraternity right away. Every fraternity has its own cutural and has already established a method for operating. Your job as a potential member is to find the right house that you will be comfortable in

Your attitude is not going to fly here. Every fraternity has tradition and a culture already in place. You aren't so fantastic that you will come along and control it. Your attitude is really going to cause you trouble in the workplace too.

These posts are actually pathetic, nice try Sigma Chi but theres no need to post aggressive comments towards the guy, he was asking a question that he was misinformed on, it was answered in one of the earlier comments.. You guys don't do exchanges with any of the top sororities so stop claiming that. And the fact you guys were getting 100 thumbs up on comments is hilarious, theres no point to self ranking on here when everyone else has only negative comments just highlights how wack you all are.. For incoming freshmen I would say go check them out, but you'll understand what I'm taking about when you meet them
